Cant seem to find it in Scott... is it a Revenue ??????? Sassone 34 b
Biblioteche translates to library.. If my Eyetallian is correct

Hi Bob,

This stamp is listed in Michel under Portofreiheitsmarken i.e. frank or franchise stamps.

There are 77 of these in all with three designs and for 15 organisations.

This one is Mi 34, one of four values for this organisation.

This one was priced at 15 marks mounted mint, 30 marks unmounted mint, 40 marks used in my old 1998/99 catalogue.
