I don't see these listed in my 2015 Scott. Does anyone with a newer catalog show these stamps from Liberia? (I only care about the Mermaid single from the top sheet).
My 2105 catalog goes through the end of 2013 for Liberia and these were supposedly issued in 2014, so hopefully they are listed in a newer catalog.
ZAIRE:
My 2015 Scott catalog goes through 2002 for Zaire and this S/S is dated 2003:
Does anyone have a newer catalog showing this one? (as of 2105 Scott was still listing these under Zaire even though Democratic Republic of Congo is on the stamps).
MALAWI:
This one I strongly suspect as an illegal issue. It looks like the cancel is printed with the stamp, supposedly to make it a fraud instead of a counterfeit. This item is dated 2006. My 2015 Scott says: "Malawi postal officials have also declared 'illegal' many other items with dates from 2005-2012 having a variety of topics." Unless someone with a newer catalog has additional info, I am going to assume that this is an unauthorized issue.
GUINEA:
I have 2 souvenir sheets from Guinea (2011 and 2012), but my 2015 catalog only goes through 2004 so I will probably have to wait a few years for these:

Liberia:
top sheet is Scott #2917 (mermaid single is #2917c)
bottom sheet is Scott #2919
Zaire / Congo - not listed yet. Scott states that due to the civil war in Congo, it is continuing to list stamps under Zaire until the war is resolved. Probably many issues are being issued that are not officially issued as what happened in Liberia.
Malawi - illegal issue
Guinea - not yet listed
