on March 1st. New items closed today, is it possible to add the new items?

Bill, it is possible to add additional items to an existing (unpaid) invoice.
However, if you changed any of your terms and conditions since you created the first invoice, you cannot add the newer sold items to it. You will have to create a separate invoice and/or add the total for the additional items to the original invoice in the additional charges field. Make sure to zero out the second invoice so that the buyer doesn't double pay.
Otherwise, here goes (capitalized words below are buttons you may need to click on):
- go to the invoice you want to append
- it must be in OPEN status (REOPEN it if it isn't)
- click on ADD LOTS
You should be able to handle it from there.

I already invoiced a member but he has bid on additional lots. Original invoice was created

Bill, it is possible to add additional items to an existing (unpaid) invoice.
