re: YUGOSLAVIA

Funny as I have looked at this stamp a number of times, (I may even have it), and passed it by for my Douglas DC-3 collection. The cabin/fuselage seemed to be too narrow. Looking again today and seeing the two lights in the nose I had a thought it could be a DC-2 badly drawn. Trying to track down a DC-2 in use in Yugoslavia in 1939 produced a blank, but the national airline Aeroput did have Lockheed Model 10 Electras in its fleet. Finding some pictures of the Lockheed and what do I find? Twin lights in the nose of course.Happy
