Translation, ( I think) "Beneficial Association of Post" and lower right "No Postal Value". Need help for ID.

Two of the stamps are overprinted, which makes me wonder.

These charity stamps were used for years to raise money and there are a number of overprints. They are cinderella stamps and I am not aware of any catalog that lists them.
