I purchased recently a box of dealer material at auction. In the box was a small stock book with about 250 MNH Japan Specimen Mihon Stamps as I was told..........no experience with this material.I have found the regular issues in Scott and the material runs from about 1960 to 1990.Is there a catalogue that lists the values or is there a rule of thumb to establish the value of the specimen in relationship to the regular stamp.Any tips or information on the topic would be gratefully appreciated. Jim
