I have this S/S:

The stamp is China(PRC) Scott #3409. The label shown in the Scott catalog is different than the above varieties. 3409 was issued in 2004, but my understanding is that this S/S was issued in 2005. There is a note in Scott under 3409 that a 25 yuan self-adhesive version with Snoopy labels was issued.

I can just call this 3409 var, but curious if another source may verify the existence of this S/S. Anyone with a Scott PRC Specialized (if such a thing exists)?

I think there was an earlier discussion about the status of these P sheets, but I don't remember where.

It sounds like I need to learn more about these P sheets from PRC. Does anyone know a good place that I can search?
