1Jan 2018 recreation marijuana is for sale. Is there any info on a revenue stamp? The state expects a 1 billion dollar up tick in taxes applied to sales..

In those states where cannabis is legal for use medicinally or recreationally, the business of producing cannabis is seen as any other business, and so does not pay any taxes other than those that any normal business.
