Same here.I sent out a number of invoice post Xmas and PayPal payments appeared in my Paypal account but no notifications from PayPal not Stamporama.
Continued problems with Stamporama notifications.A member made a PayPal payment to me according to the invoicing page on December 12 2017 but I did not receive any notification from Stamporama or PayPal.This has happened several times to me in the last two weeks but in each of those cases my PayPal account showed a payment received.In this instance the first of its kind with me there is no record of a payment in my PayPal account even though the Stamporama invoicing page shows that a PayPal payment has been received.I have asked the buyer to check thing from his end but this is a very confusing business and leaves one to question the reliability of the site. A false alarm on missing payment.Buyer purchased item in December did not want to have it mailed until January.Indicated the item was paid for so it showed up on the site as being paid but he never paid for it.Checking his records he discovered the error....everything is fine on that front......no Stamporama error.Still no notifications from Stamporama but I am not overly concerned as I always check my PayPal account before any mailings.
There is a way around that. Check your invoices. If an invoice has been marked as paid, you can always log in to Paypal and confirm you have received the money for it.

Check the Email Log in the Members Area to make sure that the emails that you are expecting are being sent by the system. You seem to be missing emails from both Stamporama and PayPal. Seeing that there is more than on website involved the problem is most likely in the way your email is set up. Are you using a filtering program like Brian was?

Please until this problem is righted ,if you make a PayPal payment to me can you please send me a message ,as for some reason I am not getting payment conformation from PayPal,I am using gmail and it would seem this problem has been around for years PayPal say it's OK their end so I've no idea what the problem is.
Has anyone else had or is having this problem?
I don't know if our members are using the "payment sent" on their message but I didn't receive those either.
