That was a "Ross" foil cachet FDC that was discussed a couple of weeks ago.
I remember it because I don't actively collect FDCs (or US, for that matter), but I really liked the examples that were shown of his work.
Here's the thread:

The covers you are showing are Colorano Silk cachets. Along with the Ross foils and the Zarzin metal cschets, these were all gimmick glue on cachets marketed heavily during the issue period if the 1970s and apparently into the 1980s.
Thanks Dave & Tom.
Taking another look I can see the "silk" picture within a metallic-looking frame.
Perhaps as Dave found with the Ross cachets, I found these to be very attractive and quite striking compared to the usual printed cachets.
Dave.
lemaven:
The three FDCS you posted were made by three different companies: the top cover is by Modele Depost, #77 in Mellone. (I do not know anything about them, French?) The middle cover is by Western Silk and the bottom cover was correctly identified as being produced by Colorano "Silk" Cachets.
Perhaps this information might be helpful.

Thanks John, for the further ID.
Merry Christmas, Dave.

Couldn't find the original discussion, but it probably had a lot of other issues raised, so...
I found a handful of this type. of attractive cachet but with lots of variations in marks, titles, etc. (I've highlighted some of them in the scan).
Someone had brought up a specific issuer (whose name escapes me) who did foil cachets, but I don't think there was any resolution on how to identify.
Thoughts? Merry Christmas, Dave.
