I have had these for sometime and would like to know if they are considered Proofs. They are printed on regular weight paper.

Hi Doug,

If you are in or near Toronto, it maybe worthwhile to pay a visit to the Vincent Graves Greene offices, in particular, their philatelic library (Harry Sullivan Philatelic Library). I am sure this is a topic they have a publication for.

Just a thought.
