Ok! I had this up with a bunch o GB Revenues here about 5 years ago (post is still there,BTW under GB-BOBs) Sold all the revs. but still have this one. Can anyone tell me what it is? Image Not Found

Yeah, I know, it's in bad shape. possible pre- penny black era? Queen Victoria?

I can't tell you much about it but it's what is known as a Cypher label. Yours is from the reign of Queen Victoria. Printed by Perkins Bacon from 1865-1886 and thereafter by De La Rue.
Fascinating subject no doubt.
