Yes, #2 is from the set you mention. By the time they were available from the printers the Ukrainian army had been driven out of Ukraine into Poland.
This stamp shows the poet and artist Taras Shevchenko.
Here's a scan of some stamps I found in an envelope marked "Ukrainian". There were a few others, but they looked like the standard Russian "state seals" (?) from around 1918.
#2 appears to be from a set described in Scott's as part of a set of 14 from 1920 that wasn't placed into use (although they don't show a picture, it does show up in StampWorld).
The rest are a mystery that I haven't found in any of the other usual places.
