Hi to all
As a Gemmologist, I know my gemstone colours, but when it comes to philately, there are so many differing opinions.

the 4th stamp from the left or right, to me is a pale green in gemmological terminology.

However, would Philatelists call it that or another colour.
It has watermark type 4, according to the ACSC, and the perf are 14.2 now if I am right

could it possibly make it ACSC 64b?

All opinions are totally respected.

In the current ACSC 64b is single line perf Single watermark which is rare.

Single line perf is not listed in Large Multiple watermark.
