This morning I removed 500,000 thumbnail files that were all older than 6 months.
Tim has cleaned out all old auction pictures, older than 6 months. This has a consequence for sellers who are relisting lots, using the original pictures, that were first listed more than 6 months ago. Those images will be gone, and your relisting will show up with a "broken photo" image.
Check your listings. If you have relisted items that were first listed more than 6 months ago, and the image is broken, I suggest you kill the auction and relist with a new image upload (if you must). It doesn't matter how many times you have relisted it, nor when the last relist was. If the image was uploaded for an auction more than 6 months ago, it's gone.
