Can anyone identify this stamp from Iran.It has two overprints.I have found two stamps each one has either the top or bottom ,but can't find the one that has them both?

Hi Brian,

It's a 1923 issue, SG 576 / Scott #666.

If you're using Scott, the overall image has been lightened to emphasise the second overprint so the first overprint appears to be very pale.
