I told someone that for the Canada Stamp Issue which seemed to measure 25mm high that he should get the split back (which he prefers) 22 x 25mm, I hope I gave the right advice?

25mm will work. There will be a little extra vertical space. Mine are in 24mm cut from strips to fit the album spaces.
