I use black mounts and have hit a snag on the 2003 pages on the page "Worldwide Fund for Nature -Tree Kangaroos the is a strip of 4 but there are two different strips of 4 one with a white boarder and one without ,because I have mounted the black strip I am at a loss to know which strip goes in that spot.
Just need some one to look at the description as I'm sure it said which one of the two goes there?

Hi Brian,
My copy indicates the following:
At the top of the first page there is a box for "without white frames (strip of four)".
Underneath this, there is a larger box that states "with white frames (sheet of eight, 2 each of 4 values)"
On the following page is a another sheet that states "without white frames sheet of 16 (4 each of 4 values)"

My PNG stamps are mounted on Bill's pages ,but I have a problem I have an old CD and my later pages came from a friend .
