The Austrian stamp is listed in the Michel under Local issues, Salzburg, 1921,May.01. It belongs to set of 20. I can´t tell you the value, the catalog only lists the price of the complete set. My catalog is from 88´. The overprint has to do with the Treaty of Versailles. Volksabstimmung means plebiscite.
Nice stamp

Hi capetown,
The second stamp is a 50 lepta on 1 drachma Greek revenue from 1917.
The first word of the surcharge, "Kartosemon", means "revenue".
This is priced at £20 in the 2002 Barefoot Albania & Greece Revenues catalogue.
Thank you so much. You guys are wonderful. I really appreciate your expertise and philatelic knowledge. Best wishes to you all, capetown
Can't find either of these two stamps in the catalog. One is Austrian and the other possibly Greece. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks, capetown
re: AUSTRIA AND GREECE? CAN'T FIND EITHER IN THE CATALOG.
