You know, sometimes a good idea just comes and the guy behind it pushes hard enough, and the folks in front of it know enough to get out the guy's way and let him translate that idea into reality and then, if we're all lucky, and the idea really was good in the first place, well, the next thing you know, you see that in the space of under 4 years, people have posted 10,000 discrete approval books.
