I was going through the Belgium Leopold III spaces trying to fill them in...when i needed a Belgique-Belgi i had a Belgi-Belgique and vice versa...but i did find Scott 365 and 366 with the -10% surcharges..never a total loss !

Hi philb and all

Not only will you find the -10% surcharge on the different definitive stamps, you will also find them on some of the postal stationery item like postal cards. A lot of them have the same design as the regular definitive stamps & they too had the -10% as well.
