Looking to get some feedback on this 1 cent Franklin...affixed to a 1937 postcard.

Is it the right scott? What is the value?

Is your question "What is the Scott number for the 1 cent Franklin issue"?

If so, likely Scott 552 (perf 11x11) or 632 (perf 11x10.5).

Perf is 11x10.5 so it is a #632, value of the stamp is a few pennies.
