Searching Google for Tchong King comes up with a few sites and lead me to this page https://agerberphilatelie.fr/index.php?id_product=58471&controller=product
Which has an image of a mint pair of your 1c, with a decent price.
I'm sure some of our indo china experts can give you more detail and perhaps catalogue numbers.
Here is a link to your second stamp, http://www.philexnet.com/pg_fiche_stk.php?ref=61294
This has a Y&T #4 cat, number.
Thanks much! I searched and found nothing. Its all in how you search!

the concept of said stamps are real, however those overprints look prettty sketchy. I do collect french colonies and may have an example of one or both of the those. Will scan if I get a chance for ya, but can confirm that there are a lot of forgeries. Fournier is the primary one you will find in a lot of collections so you do need to be careful.
It could be the fact that I had to blow the image up a bit after cutting these two stamps out of a page that is in an auction lot.
I have stamps with these overprints. I can't guarantee that mine are not forgeries but magnified the actual overprint font matches that of genuine stamps.
I'm not sure if mine are mint or cancelled, I'd need to pull them out and see.
These cancellations do look a bit suspicious to me. The stamps may be genuine but not sure about the cancellations.
Well I won the lot that these are in and a friend of mine will see if an advanced colonies collector is interested in them. Might pay enough so that the rest of the lot is free which will be great! This collector will probably also know if they are legit
Or something. I can't find these anywhere. Any ideas or are they outright forgeries
