This seems like a tough area to get postally used legitimate stamps from..there is an agent in the Netherlands that sells mint stamps and souvineer sheets at high prices.

I had to buy a small number of postcards just to get an envelope back with postally used stamps.

...yes, and even that I live just over 30 km from Gaza, there are very hard to find any really PU.... some time ago, I sold 5-6 envelope with "Gaza" issues on cover, after that, nothing come across my desk.

I don't know who the dealer is in the Netherlands, but PA stamps and sheets from the earlies to about 2002 are not expensive. I haven't followed the market for this area for the last 10 years or so.
