Hi all. I found this stamp in a pack of world stamps. The stamp is overprinted
"G. O." Does anyone know what is could be?

It's Philippines #O64 G.O. stands for Gawaing Opisyal Tagalog for Official Business issued in 1962 and Welcome to SOR

The G O overprint comes in official listed stamps, but also in manual typed overprints.
