i tried to send an invoice for items purchased on 3 Feb 2017,9 March 2017 and 15 March 2017..the invoice would only accept the 3 feb and 9 march (green lines) but would not accept the 15 March item. What am i doing wrong ?

Phil did you change your shipping terms for the March 15 item? If so, you can't combine sold items that have different terms. You can add the amount for the March 15 item to the "Additional Fees" section of the invoice, and that will work.
