Have pity on Tim...trouble shooting email delivery issues can be a real pain. After verifying the email actually got sent, he will then have to trace the routing of the email through several servers; and these servers can be configured to 'retry' in many different ways. (And he does not have access to the mail server on your side, so it is a 'black hole'.)
My wife has encrypted email at work and a clueless IT department. Two emails that she sent me on Jan 11 just popped up last week. LOL

Last night I had sales in my newly listed book but received no emails saying that anything had been sold. This happened earlier in the week as well and I went to the clear my email filter and clicked it even though my name was not on the list. I'm getting DB and normal email, just not those for sales
