I need to add this to the Auction Tutorial page...
First, if the new lots to be added to the invoice have different terms of sale, you cannot add them to the older invoice. You can add the total sale amount for the new purchase to the "Other Charges" section of the invoice. You can do that in this case too, if you want.
You didn't say what the current status is on the invoice in question. I will say that since nothing has been done that you created the invoice and it is still OPEN. So:
- go to the invoice
- scroll down to the bottom of the invoice
- click on the ADD LOTS button
- select which lots to add to the invoice (you can click on the SELECT ALL button, if appropriate
- review the invoice to make sure you have it the way you want
- click on ADD SELECT LOTS TO THE INVOICE button

Whew, thanks for the timely post..i was doing an invoice with multi lots and the session timed out on me and created an invoice...now i was able to go back and continue the invoice !

Got it and it Woicked, I had to reopen the invoice but I finally fingered that out. You're one of the reasons that SOR is such a great place along with the GREAT members here. I sold for years on Ebay and Bidstart and Delcampe, BUT this place is THE BEST

I sent an invoice to a member in Canada, but we agreed that I hold off shipping for additional bids, my question is How can I add additional lots to an existing invoice, HELP
