Recently I received a lot of over 100 covers. This and another nearly identical to it were included in the shipment.

The obvious is that it was issued the day after the Queen's coronation. The only differences is the Time on the postmark (7:15PM and 8:15PM) and the number above the Addressee's name (A-624 and A-625)

Since I don't actively collect GB stamps, I was curious as to it's potential value. Any assistance would be great.

re: Another ID request

2nd. June was a Tuesday and as it was the Queens coronation day was probably a public holiday in the UK. So all the FDC's are dated 3rd. June.
The number could be a customer reference number for the firm producing the "to order" FDC's.
As I was only 7 at the time I'm not sure what happened that day but seem to recall a street party where we ( or family) got a coronation mug, which no doubt broke over the course of time and a few moves.

Thanks Guys.

I appreciate the information. I'll put these in the back of my FDC book for future uses.

All in all it was a pretty good deal. 120 covers for about $10 and change.
