It is Type II, making it Scott #128.

I just wasn't sure,nice find in a junk box ,a quick check in Stanley Gibbons gives it a cat value of £250-00 and it's MNH.

The key for the two types is the upper character in the left side frame. There is what appears to be a slanted "T".

Type I has a cross bar forming an "X" at the bottom of the slanted "T".

Type II does not have the cross bar.
