1. All 3 are forgeries
This is what the genuine looks like
The 2fr & 5fr you can especially notice it in the A & the O, the short serifs on the R and essentially something with each letter
The 3fr was made by another forger, it is better but still has issues esp. the inclined D
As for anything with Calves...
it is one of the most forged expert marks
The bottom one does look quite good however.
As for reporting to eBay, without an "expert's" opinion - not worth the trouble.
As for value, forgeries of the stamp itself may have value
Overprints - none
Nice response from a reputable stamp dealer. We need more like him:

Still working on my last Andorra collection holes. Expensive stamps, and when you see them offered at low prices, all kind of alarm bells are set off. Especially when the stamps have overprints.
Here are 3 offered by the same dealer, on ebay. I am pretty sure that 2 of them have the o/p on top of the cancel. And the type of the o/p is a bit fuzzy and malformed, with the last letter missing the bottom bar, or barely registering it!
Does that make the third stamp (the 3F) doubtful as well..it does seem to have some of the same printing flaws, even if not on top of the cancel. An opinion please.
Would you report these to ebay?
rrr...
as a reference, two stamp with a Calves signature (but no certificate)
