My curiosity about the way our mail systems (US, UK & Can.) work almost overcomes my suspicion that this is just a very clever marketing and advertising scheme.
I suppose the sensor is small enough to be slipped within an envelope among cash so that mail theft can be solved almost as it occurs.
A worthy step forward from the one-time-only tilt-watch, shock-watch, etc ...

Sounds reasonable but mind you don't download something nasty when you upload their data from whatever you find in the package.
