I don't know a lot about state revenues, but I'm pretty sure that most New York stock transfer stamps are run of the mill. There may be a few exceptions though, so hopefully someone with more knowledge will weigh in.
Those seem to be in very nice shape. I can't speak to value, but you might enjoy this website put together by one of the most passionate collectors of this genre I know... Kurt Lange.

You may have to copy/paste this one because I couldn't get the link to function.
The tilde (squiggly fellow in the link before 'ktk') gives the SOR software fits.
Too bad, as I often use it in place of 'approximately' ...

Maybe it will work better as an actual clickable link;

Oh yes,
and what you have there are most likely common stuff.
Also, the perfin cancels lower the value even more.
But yes, there are always exceptions - as Rusty stated - so have a good look at the ones on Kurt Lange's website; he's pretty much the expert on these.
I bought my pages for these from him - they are great fun to learn about!

Well done, Ikey.
Good job, Ikey.....thanks!
Four years of college and they put you on the ... link-fixing crew.
