I'm working on an up dated listing for Rowland Hill. I'm becoming lost in the number hunt for the amount of overprints and surcharges for Hill issues that Guyana has for stamp #'s 289, 290, 291, & 292 (A69). Do we have any club members who collect this country that can help me to ID these issues?
