Scott Classic shows only one entry for the 15c red and black. It does not specify the perf but the heading on the listing notes that perfs could be 13, 14 11.5x13, and 13x11.5. So maybe both 13 and 14 are possible. I would think that knowing how Scott assumes things that 13 is the normal perf.

PS: Maybe someone with a Gibbons catalog will have more specific information.
Hi the stamp in question is SG 113, Perf 13.
The perf 14 stamps are the 5c (SG 111 and 111a Rope joined to sail)
the 1/- SG 118, and the 3/- SG 120.
However the 5c SG111b & SG111ba(Rope joined to sail), the 1/- SG118a and the 3/- SG120a are perf 13 x 12. (These are the higher catalogued ones)
Thanks for your help.
Do you know if there was more than one print of this other than a #4? This looks like the perf is 13x13 instead of 14.
