The first two are Venezuela revenues. Up until July 2, 1895, revenue stamps inscribed "Escuelas" or "Instruccion" were used interchangeably for postage or revenue purposes. See the note about this in Scott following Venezuela #135.
The 5 cent stamp is Venezuela Scott #79.
The 10 cent stamp is Venezuela Scott #51.
The third stamp is a revenue stamp from Spain.
I think you will find that the third stamp is actually Spain #176
