Phil:
Mail them back to me and I'll get the lazy SOBs at Canada Post to hand-cancel them for you.
David
Aww! That's not fair! Do mine please...do mine!
Only joking, but this is getting on my nerves. That's 3 in the last couple of weeks, including one from Israel. I paid for the postage AND registration.
So they can apply a label but can't work out how to use an inky stampy thing?
Send them to me.
I have a Sharpie that is ready, willing and able!!!
Lars
AAAAAAAGGGHHHHH! You really know how to shock us, Lars!
For some odd reason, while reading Lars' post above, I began to hear the voice of Peter Lorre......Lol
Must be the Halloween thing!
I almost never see any cancels on mail sent to me here in the US from Canada. Sometimes the stamps are 'cancelled' by ball point pen or magic marker. Haven't seen a postal cancel on anything from Canada for years.
I collect postally used Canadian souvineer sheets...i just received this package with the haunted Canada sheet and other great stamps...not a touch of a cancel on any of them. I guess they have to return for rework.
