I sent an invoice to a buyer but forgot to make a deduction from the total.

Is there a way to do it ?

I have 're-opened' the invoice but cannot find a way.

Put a "-" figure for the amount of the discount in the other charges box on the invoice, such as -4.25 to give the buyer a $4.25 discount off the total.

Yes, I tried that and it didn't work but it has now.
