Is a local post a Cinderella? Or are they different?

Local post stamps or labels will always fall under the Cinderella umbrella.
My view, and that of the UK's Cinderella Stamp Club, is that anything not listed in SG, Scott and other major worldwide catalogues, is a Cinderella. There are always exceptions.
Just as there are in the opposite direction. So Matchbox labels, Medicine bottle labels etc. are not considered to be Cinderellas. Again, there are always exceptions !
