So... Where are the lots I bid on but not won? Or the lots on my watch list that disappear when the lot ends? Appears to be almost impossible to find out what happened to a lot unless you happen to remember the seller's name and search their lots sold list. There have been several times when I really wanted to see what a lot I was bidding on sold for. Am I missing some procedure that would help me find that info?

Tad,

even if you remembered what you bid on, the system won't tell you who won or at what price.... they no longer exist for you. Ditto watch lots that are not active....

just the way it's programmed

re: Sold or Unsold lots

I have thought about that for some time and wondered just how badly I lost a lot. So besides an accident of programing it seems likely there is a reason. I do not think it is just idle curiosity, knowing what lots actually sell for is a resource to both buyers and sellers.
I can recall several times where I overbid a bit thinking no one else would go that high, and then a day or so later it is gone like a hungry cat eating a fresh fish, leaving not even the shadow.

They seem to disappear once the lots go by the for sale date...I wish they would stay at least for the end of that month.....

Tim would need to answer this, as he's the programmer using software available to him.
