They make mounts big enough to hold even the traditional 50-stamp US panes, so there are definitely mounts to hold almost all souvenir sheets and miniature panes. But they aren't cheap, and getting the right size is a real pain. With all the different oddball souvenir sheet sizes, expect to have a few in mounts with larger than normal borders.
Contact your favorite supplies dealer. Also, free sizing charts are available from most of the major mount manufacturers and/or the large supplies dealers.
Why not start with a clear page protector. Put the souvenir sheet in it and crop it to size. If you get lucky it will be 8.5" in one direction so you can keep three sealed sides, otherwise crop two sides away to fit. Then figure a way to mount it, archive quality scrap book double sided tape?
Currently I mostly use Vario pages (one or two pockets) to hold souvenir sheets. They can potentially be added to a regular album (three ring binder), but might look odd. But I plan (someday) to mount them.
I have another large collection in which all the souvenir sheets are mounted (by someone else). I haven't broken it down yet. I'll take a look and see how it was done and maybe post some pictures.
My way may be lazy, but it works for me. After I create and print the page where a large sheetlet goes, I measure, mark, and cut a small slit at each corner where just the corner of the sheet can slip into. Then slide the page into a page protector, back to back with the next page. Sheetlet is displayed nicely and won't move with no need for a mount.
I have several large souvenir and mini sheets I need to add to my album. Obviously, I think there are no mounts large enough for them. How are they mounted on album pages or otherwise included in an album that is safe? Ahhhh, those Bhutan stamps are so irregular!
