Scott doesn't list that particular series - a shame, I think. They were a tax stamp levies on letters from Valencia to raise money for a flood control plan. For the particular stamp you've listed, here are the appropriate numbers from other catalogues.
Yvert et Tellier ES 1421
Michel ES ZD3
Edifil ES VAL4

Valencia stamps used to frustrate me as a kid when I would come across them.....
never could figure them out back then!

I believe this is the complete set. If I'm correct, it was issue in 1963 to control the Turia river floods and irrigation.

Actually, the stamps in the image are complete as regards to the stamps that were issued for Valencia, but they were all issued as singles from 1963 through 1985.
In the order that they appear on the stock card (Michel number and year of issue):
1 (1963)
2 (1964)
3 (1966)
4 (1968)
5 (1971)
7 (1975)
8 (1978)
9 (1981)
10 (1985) - comes in normal and tagged paper
6 (1973)
Most of these saw a print run of 100 million, so these are all basically common stamps.

Does Scott catalogue have these Valencia stamps listed. I'm having difficulty finding Scott # for it.
