I have been to try and figure out what stamps with wagon with two shafts and wagon with one pole.

These are Scott #148-52 and #153-61

If some has a nice example of both types could they post them, then I hope I will be able to tell the difference.

I scanned this stamp that I have.

and a closeup of the center of the wagon

re: Transvaal Help

Doug, I tired to bring in a good scan of the two different stamps, but it didn't work clear enough.

Anyway, it's not a difficult thing to see.

Your stamp is the single pole.

Look to the bottom left side of the wagon. You will see a single thick straight line angling down from the side of the wagon. That is the single pole.

The two shafts are at the same location. In addition to the one pole angling down, you will see a second line in parallel above it.
