They are cinderellas that fall under the category of "bogus stamps". They were produced without permission/authorization from the government of the countries.
Minimal retail value to stamp collectors, often used as fillers in lots. I've got a few hundred panes of these bogus stamps that I've acquired unintentionally over the years. They typically cover celebrities or topicals, so they are targeting topical enthusiasts (not necessarily stamp collectors) or adoring fans. Those would be the buyers you need to try to attract if you want to sell them at a decent price.
More particularly when they have got Nicklaus and Sarazen transposed. Mickey Mouse doesn't cover the half of it.
ERROR sheet!!! Too bad all of them are probably like that.
I could use a bit of information re: some Tiger Woods stamps/sheets. My neighbor has both perforated and imperforate versions of sheets from Kyrgyzstan. I noted in my stamp catalog that that country's government has declared them as "not authentic and not valid". Scott doesn't list them per se. Do they have any value and if so, any guesses as to how much they might sell for. Note: I had to reduce the border when I copied the sheet in order to meet Stamporama's size limitation. The Sheet is labeled "Tiger Woods" at the tom and "Kyrgyzstan" at the bottom.
The neighbor also has 3 versions of Tiger Woods mini sheets from Angola...perforated and imperforate copies of each...6 sheets in all: with Clint Eastwood, Mickey Mouse and Kevin Costner; Jack Nicklas and Gene Sarazen, and; Gary Player with Ben Hogan. They aren't listed in my Scott catalog. Are they Cinderellas? Do they have any value? I've included a photo of one of these sheets.
