I collect only Danish stamps, and have experienced great difficulty in identifying those stamps which, according to the specialized Danish AFA catalogue, have sections where there has been retouching. In particular this occurs in the issues 1851-1857.
Can anyone give me some guide-lines as to what I should look out for.
