Anglo, I hope Michael##### appoints you editor-in-chief of Linn's Stamp News.
Loved it. Great effort was put into this one.
Dear Anglophile,
If you haven't already, you must team up with Kelly.
Best,
Dan C.
What an excellent way to start April Fools Day!!
WB
Magnificent!
Guthrum has decreed that ALL new stamp issues will commemorate WW2!!!!! CLASSIC
Hee Hee Lest we forget !
Brilliant! Excellent fun!
See what you can do once you retire?
Chris, you have the job as my PR man! Excellent work!
OMG Rolling on the floor laughing!!! Can't wait for the instructional tips on tong usage!
Now I know what you did since last summer.
I like it!
But in the model car world when it looked as if the oldest company was going down the tubes with all the tooling scrapped, a white knight rode in. A very well monied hobbyist purchased the company and has since added three more companies worth of production tooling to his arsenal! And he did it all for the love of the hobby.
Great work Anglo! Really nicely done!
"a white knight rode in. A very well monied hobbyist (Michael#####) purchased the company (Amos Media) and has since added three more companies (SG, Michel, Y&T)"
Ho ho, very satirical!
I just picked this up, a day late. Excellent work, Christopher, although I'm a bit mystified by the lorry of Biros!
I feel honoured,
Sir Ian.
(The 'Sir' in our arcane British habit of formal deference to the great and good always precedes the given name, not the surname, so 'Douglas Fairbanks, KBE' was referred to as 'Sir Douglas Fairbanks' or more familiarly 'Sir Douglas', but never 'Sir Fairbanks'.)

Your father is Mr Storch; you, if employing the same staff, are Mr Michael - another strange remnant from the days when British families gave employment to the natives. It also applied to boarding schools, where boys called the Headmaster Mr Storch, and his son who would one day take over the school Mr Michael.
Don't get me started on the distinction between Lady Storch (your mother), and Lady Caroline Storch (your sister).
I showed this to my wife. She wanted to know what it meant. I told her that next week, there will be someone coming here to pick up my stamp collection as I sold it as the down payment for Amos. I also told her that I was going to have to visit Sidney, OH to inspect the company. She asked me if she could retire from her job. I told her only if she would move to Ohio. She said she wasn't moving there, and that I needed to have consulted with her before doing something like this. I told her I would remember to do that next time. She's hoping the company does good so she can retire.
Tell her you'll give her a job with your new company and see where that goes.
Overall, I'd say she handled that pretty well. That is NOT the reaction I would've gotten from my wife.

Hey Michael, tell your wife Ohio's a nice place! We're friendly here, we even have Hi! in the name! (Just don't drive slow, or we'll run you off the roads)
Nicely done, only wish it were true!
I just saw this...
All I can say is
Good job, Chris!
Great April Fools!!!
Well done!!!
Doug, on weekends when I take my trek to the flea market 45 miles away, I drive the interstate to get there. I drive 80 miles per hour, and I still get passed by a few. When I drive through Dallas, I go 90 and I'll get passed. Put a Texas plate on a car, and it just wants to go 80 or faster!
Ohio is nice, I've been through it several times.
As a huge fan of The Onion I give you "muchos kudos" for this publication. I was 1/3 of the way through before I realized it was a satire (I actually was semi-concerned there was a controversy I didn't know about". Hope you can publish a Year-End version. Can't wait all the way to next April 1st.
Cheers, Dave.
Maybe we should all work on a special April 1 "Rambler" issue. Even the procrastinators will have no excuse...as my suggestion would be for 2017.
And I am glad to contribute my headline: "Ebay will now punish sellers of counterfeits"

"as my suggestion would be for 2017. "
Speaking as the Queen of the procrastinators "I have not yet BEGUN to procrastinate."
But love the idea of an April Fools Rambler!
I'd be happy to put together a spoof exhibit of the crappiest stamps on a given topic - maybe modern US - easy to find mutilated copies there! And - trashy covers! Ha! That could be funny. It would be fun to write it up as if each piece of junk were rarities. Whatcha think?
This is priceless - you did an awesome job.
MICHAEL(NUMBERS)! What about SG?
