If I was a stamp I would be a C15

I've had this for awhile and can't find out anything about it...I don't have any specialized catalogs..I would like to know the year, maybe a little history about the usage of these and maybe if it's common or maybe worth a little..thanks in advance......I believe thats ole U.S. Grant...SurpriseImage Not Found

Scott U293. Printed by American Bank Note Co. Issued August 18, 1886. This one, inscribed series 5 with 41 perforations at top, was valued at $30 in 2010.

i see them offered quite frequently; it is nearly impossible to get even 20% of CV on these guys, and any perf separation throws it further down.

they're called letter sheets, and intended to be self-contained
