I believe that the selling price of those stamps was not cheap either.
Numbers me unable to spell name because of ed
7.50 Euros for the swan sheet, and 6.30 for the lederhosen.
I just got the swan sheet through Liechtenstein Post and paid 12 swiss francs.
The lederhosen stamp I got from a US new issue dealer but can't remember what I paid for it.
Both are great stamps - I like the unusual issues and Austria has put out quite a few.
This block from Iceland issued 2009 is interesting. The red lines representing the ice sheets disappear when heat is applied. Warning for the affects of global warming. 55000 blocks were printed.
That is interesting !! I have the stamp in my Iceland collection but I believe it deserves a place in another collection of unusual stamps Thanks for sharing Now off to seek a second copy
Lets hope this link works.

hello all. how is this this for an unusual cover for east Germany, hope you like it.
regards ken.
While searching for something else I came across these "Foil" stamps from Bhutan. The first scan is of the five stamps and the second scan is the envelope they came in with the back of a stamp. I probably ordered these using a match book cover, don't know which company.
I didn't find what I was looking for, a small collection of U.S Christmas seals.
Vince, et. al.,
I remember acquiring these as a kid...a young novice collector of around 12 yrs old
I started my collection with a well-worn Majestic album my mom bought for me at a yard sale.
I found an ad inside, cut out of a magazine, for "Free Bhutan Steel Stamps With Approvals!"
I have forgotten which stamp company it was - could have been Mystic or Harris.
But - those were the very first 'stamps' I ever ordered!
In 2004 Austria Post and Swarovski teamed up to produce this souvenir sheet featuring 6 pieces of crystal mounted on each of the 2 stamps. 800,000 sheets were produced, and Austria Post says that none of the sheets that all of the sheets that were used postally ran through the processing machines with no problems.
Last year (24 Sep 2015), the 2 joined up again to produce this stamp die-cut in the shape of a pair of lederhosen. Not only is the stamp embellished with 6 Swarovsky crystals, the stamp itself is made out of lederhosen leather. 150,000 were produced.
Here is a short promotional video from Austria Post, on the lederhosen stamp.
