Just a thought - when a seller sends an invoice, the buyer receives a message within the Stamporama system and an email to their off-site email. It occurred to me that if the seller received a copy of those messages in their "sent messages" they could then check and see if the buyer opened the message and thus got the invoice by checking to see if the message was "read." If they aren't reading their messages here in Stamporama, there is a good chance they aren't seeing the invoice and further steps could be taken to contact the buyers.
