Does anyone out there know where all the Canada Year of the monkey single 2.50 stamp souvenir stamps were sent.? I see a few on ebay but the main post offices in NS received none and the Canada Post website has sold out....just wondering what has gone wrong..... Thinking

If all else fails, they will be in the quarterly new issue packs.
